About these Terms

These Terms govern the SUI BROKERS website, application, and related features. The service is operated under the name SUIBROKERS DAO (“SUI BROKERS” or “we”). Using it means you agree to these Terms; do not use it if you disagree. Separate feature or third-party terms also apply. SUI BROKERS includes Sui mainnet wallet features, Bluefin 7K swaps, a managed Desk vault built on Aftermath, Points and Trust features, partner referrals, follows, and support.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18, or the higher local age of majority. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, misstate wallet or referral ownership, manipulate Points or Trust, bypass verification, exploit defects, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access to protect users, the service, or records.

Wallets, signatures, and the Desk

The application uses compatible Sui wallets through the Wallet Standard. Protect your wallet, keys, and recovery material; never send us a seed phrase or private key. A browser may restore an identity you previously authorized there, but restoration does not authorize or sign a transaction. Check each wallet prompt before signing. Confirmed Sui transactions are public and generally irreversible; faults or incorrect addresses can cause failure or permanent loss. You decide whether to sign. Until deposit, assets remain under wallet controls. The Desk is a managed-vault feature: deposited assets are handled through vault and provider arrangements, not simply held in your personal wallet. Managers or providers may act under those arrangements. A withdrawal request is not an immediate return; no processing time is promised.

Swaps, the Desk, and financial risk

Digital assets can lose value; USDC may lose its intended value or become unavailable. Smart-contract, market, liquidity, liquidation, provider, oracle, wallet, and network risks apply. Quotes can change with price, slippage, route, liquidity, gas, and provider fees. A slippage setting does not guarantee execution or value. Check amounts, route, fees, and wallet prompts. Desk NAV, value, PNL, APR, and activity figures use available records and may be estimates or incomplete. APR and past performance do not predict future results. Deposits face market and vault risks; withdrawals may be delayed, partly fulfilled, or unavailable. Gas, protocol, partner, and provider costs may apply; check each action. The service is not investment, financial, trading, tax, or legal advice.

Points, Trust, and partner referrals

Points, Trust, leaderboard positions, and qualification indicators are metrics, not money, investments, or guaranteed rewards. Unverifiable or misattributed activity may be corrected. Qualification follows current rules and capacity; rankings do not guarantee allocation. Any future NFT, token, or other feature may change, be delayed, or never launch. Points and Trust grant no ownership, equity, governance, revenue, profit, or redemption rights; published rules and on-chain terms govern such features. Partner fees depend on qualifying, verified activity. A partner must meet the current 10 USDC minimum and request withdrawal. Approved requests are paid administratively to the partner wallet, not automatically on-chain; no payment date is guaranteed. Invalid attribution, suspected abuse, or errors may lead to rejection or correction.

Third parties and intellectual property

Wallet software, Sui, RPC, Bluefin 7K, Aftermath, and hosting are independent services with separate terms, privacy notices, fees, and risks. Information needed for quotes, swaps, or Desk actions may be sent to them; we do not control their availability or conduct. SUI BROKERS and its licensors retain applicable rights in the service’s software, text, and branding. Use the service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Do not copy or resell proprietary portions or interfere, except as allowed by law or a separately applicable open-source or third-party license, which governs its components. NFT or token rights depend on that asset’s terms; these Terms grant no commercial license.

Availability, changes, and contact

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, quotes, execution, value, liquidity, returns, Points, Trust, referral payments, or future features, and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by third parties, networks, markets, or transactions you authorize. Non-waivable rights remain. You are responsible for wallet actions and taxes. We may update these Terms and post the current version and date. Continued use means acceptance to the extent permitted by law; otherwise stop using affected features. Contact us about concerns or disputes.
