Who this Policy covers

This Policy explains how SUIBROKERS DAO (“SUI BROKERS” or “we”) handles information through its website, application, and related features. Third-party wallets, networks, and providers have separate privacy practices.

Information we handle and why

Depending on the features you use, we may handle:
  • Wallet and public-chain information: wallet addresses, account or object identifiers, signed actions, and public Sui transactions the service displays or verifies.
  • Product activity: swaps; Desk deposits, withdrawals, LP positions and cashflows; Points, Trust, leaderboard and qualification records; partner attribution and payout requests; follows and profile activity.
  • Support information: ticket subjects, messages and replies, identifiers, a browser-held access token, and an optional contact or historical email address.
  • Browser and technical information: preferences, watchlists, referral values, and a previously authorized last-wallet identity may be stored locally. An administrator may use an HttpOnly session cookie for protected administration. The service or infrastructure may process IP addresses and request metadata for delivery, rate limits, and security.
Information comes from you, your browser or wallet, public Sui records, or providers verifying activity. Using a wallet may associate activity with its public address. The application currently has no separate geolocation-profiling feature. We use information to provide wallet, swap, Desk, Points, Trust, leaderboard, partner, profile, and support features; verify activity; answer support requests; secure endpoints, apply rate limits, administer support tools, and address errors or abuse. Browser values remember preferences or authorized identity, not signatures or chain verification. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performing a contract to provide a requested feature, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service where your rights permit, or compliance with legal obligations.

X advertising measurement

The production website and app, including Learn, guide, and legal pages, use the X Pixel to measure page visits and three successful actions: an explicit wallet connection, a confirmed Swap, and a confirmed Desk deposit. X may process page, browser, cookie, and advertising-measurement technical information through its pixel. Our conversion calls do not include wallet addresses, transaction digests, balances, signatures, or financial amounts. The X library may process page or URL information as part of X’s service; X controls that processing under its own terms and privacy notice.

Public networks, providers, and sharing

Sui transactions can be seen, copied, indexed, and retained by independent network participants; we cannot remove or change a confirmed on-chain record. Wallet-linked profiles, leaderboard entries, Points and Trust figures, follows, and referral activity or statistics may also be publicly accessible through the application or its APIs. Support messages, replies, and ticket access tokens are not part of those public views. Quote or transaction requests may send wallet and action details to your wallet, Sui, an RPC provider, Bluefin 7K, or another route provider. Desk actions may involve Aftermath. Hosting, database, support, and security providers may process information to operate the application. We may disclose information to protect users or the service, meet a valid legal request, or handle legal claims. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, with different privacy laws. Third parties control their own processing and publish their own notices.

Browser storage and session cookies

Browser storage may keep preferences, watchlists, referral values, a previously authorized wallet identity, or a ticket access token until cleared. Clearing storage or cookies may remove local values or end a session, but does not delete Sui transactions or off-chain records. Protected administration may use an HttpOnly session cookie: page scripts cannot read it, though the browser sends it to the service. Browser settings let you manage or delete storage and cookies; some features may then stop working as expected.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain off-chain information as reasonably needed to provide features, maintain activity and support records, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and purpose; no fixed period is promised. Providers set their own periods. Disconnect your wallet and clear local storage to remove local preferences, identity values, and ticket tokens from that browser; this does not erase public-chain records. Applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, or complain to a privacy regulator. Rights and exceptions vary; some service, security, legal, or public-record information may not be removable. For an off-chain privacy request, email support@suibrokers.com with enough detail to locate the information. We may take proportionate steps to verify your request. Never send a seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery material. Contact us with questions or if you need another way to make a request.

Security, children, and changes

We use safeguards to protect information, but no website, wallet, network, or storage system is completely secure. Protect your device, wallet, and support token; tell us if one may be exposed. The service is not intended for anyone under 18 or the higher local age of majority. Contact us if a child may have provided information. We may update this Policy as practices change and post the current version and date. For privacy questions or requests, contact SUIBROKERS DAO at support@suibrokers.com.
