# Partners

> Referral attribution and partner activity.

## Partner activity

Connect a Sui mainnet wallet to create a shareable referral link. When a wallet
connects through a partner link, the association is created silently after that
explicit connection. The first valid referral wins; a `ref` URL by itself does
not create attribution, and there is no signed invitation activation flow.

The current partner share is:

* **10% of verified invited Points** as Partner Points;
* **10% of SUI BROKERS protocol revenue** from verified invited activity, reported as accrued revenue;
* **25 Broker NFTs** reserved for Partner Trust in each season. The remaining **225 Broker NFTs** are the verified Swap and The Desk activity allocation.

The season windows use UTC:

Partner activity before Season 1 remains visible in history but earns no seasonal
Points or seasonal Partner Trust credit.

## Partner Trust

**Trust** is the partner progress unit derived from Partner Points: **1 Trust = 5 Partner Points**. The app shows invited users, Partner Points, accrued revenue, Trust, and the current service qualification state. Accrued values are ledger metrics, not a paid balance or a guaranteed NFT allocation.

## Qualification

The Partner Trust requirement is a current season rule:

The active stage returned by the service determines the current threshold shown by the app. These thresholds qualify a partner for the reserved allocation; they do not guarantee an NFT, reward, revenue payment, liquidity, or any other economic outcome.
